Ahhh, why am I not working on my speech for school or the 30 day marathon?!
This was amusing to put together, though. I left a lot of crap out, but you can still tell that I used to suck. XD

Oh man, we all had that time period when we first discovered Mahou bases. Especially those of us who go back over 10 years at this point 
This is quite the impressive progression though. It's so amazing to see how far a person can go... and how even people who are amazing start at pillow shaded pieces. Of these, my favorite might be the 2006 butterfly one. The dress is just incredibly elegant and the colors work together well (especially the coral pink). The shading seems a bit simpler than your later works, which looks really good I think. A close second for me has to be the 'Ladybird' one with the green hoodie, which is really cool and has a totally different style to it. I like it when I see pixel artists vary up their techniques from piece to piece and continue to branch out, and I think how much you've done this is highlighted in this progression.
I was wondering, I saw your page linked from a person using one of your bases I couldn't find posted on here. Do you have more available on Glam? I was very impressed with it. It looks kind of like the base you're using for the new dollmaker, but the face is front-facing.
